Week 1: Intrams, school, and rocky's biting

Monday: 

    I woke up with excitement this morning because of something I kinda forgot.... OH, NOW I REMEMBER! Our intrams is about to start this Friday! Just in case you don't know me, I am Dannon, yes with a double n, an 11th grade STEM student at JCSGO Christian Academy. I love math, food, pets, and most of all, SPORTS! Just as usual, our classes start at 8:00 am every morning from Monday-Friday. My favorite part of my Mondays is that we have our P.E., and we go to our dome to play sports. 

Tuesday:

    One thing everyone should know about me is that I am a really heavy sleeper. My mom woke me early this morning for me to be able to prepare for my online class but I, still sleeping on my bed, didn't have the energy to be up for the day and still continued to sleep until my mom woke me up again. When I checked what time is it, I was shocked seeing that my classes will start in 5 minutes (I guess this proves that I'm a sleepyhead). I panicked and took a bath to prepare for my online class. Relieved, I joined our first subject's meet link. 

    After leaving our first subject, I ate my breakfast and waited for my next classes. I don't know if I would say it's unfortunate or fortunate that the rest of my classes didn't meet us and just gave us free time to do our Homeworks since I am actually not a big fan of online classes. After doing all my schoolworks, I played basketball since I wanted to practice my skills and be prepared for our intrams.

Wednesday:

    Today is our second face to face classes for the week and we're also going to have our chapel service and have an opportunity to hear God's word. Also, we're going to do a collage of our pics from our childhood up to the present for our assignment in one of our subjects. I could really notice that a lot of things (physically, emotionally and mentally) in myself changed through time. Surprisingly, I became an extrovert when I entered high school since I was very shy, and I lacked self-confidence when I was young. We had our chapel service and went home a little late because I finished the collage of my pics.

Thursday:

    Here we go again, me needing to deal with online classes. We started a new lesson in our first subject since our second semester just started. I can't believe that I've survived my first semester as a STEM student since most of the people say that STEM is one of the hardest strands in Senior High School. After finishing all of my online classes for the day, my teammates from our team in the intrams went here in our place and played basketball together so that we will be able to prepare for our game the next day. We have a great team chemistry and go on to win all of the three games we played against other people.

Friday:

    Today, believe it or not, I woke up too early since I was very excited for the start of our elimination games in our intrams. I got out of my bed at 6:00 am and went to ministop to buy my breakfast. I went to school and attended our first subject where we met our new teacher for the first time. We enjoyed our first day in his subject. After that, we changed our outfits and started our volleyball and basketball games. Sadly, we lost our volleyball game by only two points. We bounced back and went on to win our basketball game.

    I am actually happy for how our basketball game went considering the fact that one of our best players didn't play due to schedule conflicts. I went home a bit sad because my teammates didn't pass the ball to me that much and trusted me to score a point, but I still managed to score a three pointer. Also, we received our grade cards for our first semester, and I am glad that some of the grades of my subjects improved. My mother treated me and my younger brother outside and had a hearty meal. I can truly say that a lot of things happened during this day, and it was a tiring but a fun day.

Saturday:

    

  I really took advantage of the weekend to rest and have a long period of sleep after an exhausting weekday. When I woke up, my mom asked me to join her go to the mall with our relatives to spend time together and eat lunch. I prepared and we arrived there before lunchtime. We caught up with each other and shared all the things that happened in our lives for the past weeks. I ate pizza, which is one of my favorite foods, for lunch and went to the arcade to play my favorite racing game. 

    After staying at the mall for the whole afternoon, I went home to play basketball with my friends. After playing, we visited our other friends and spent time with them for the whole night because we celebrated the birthday of our friend. I went home and had a movie night alone since it is one of my favorite things to do. I slept late and enjoyed the movie that I've watched.

Sunday:

    Waking up this morning with a blurry vision, I was asking my family if they saw my eyeglasses. My father saw Rocky, who is our family dog, sitting on the corner while chewing my eyeglasses. We were shocked when we saw that he chewed on the lenses of my eyeglasses which broke the glass. My father scolded Rocky and we went to our church. After attending the service, I went to the mall and bought new glasses since I really can't see well without it, and I would be needing it for my daily life. I went home with my family late.
